"Avoid these mechanics. Very rude, takes 5+ hours to change trailer light, and they will look for and create more problems with your truck. Jus go to the next truck care."

"It took the mechanics there over 2 hours to change out a tire! I was pulled right into a bay after fueling, it was an hour before they took lug nuts off then every 5 minutes the mechanic would stop working come in the office area chit chat for 5 minutes then walk out put on gloves and do 4 more minutes worth of work, then back to chit chat. Avoid this place they are more interested in chatting with their co workers than anything!"

"So I stopped here last night needing a patch job... Tire tech tried to tell me it was a failed patch job and tried to sell me an entire tire .. Go right down the road to a tire shop and the tire NEVER HAD A PATCH.. I'm over Loves NOT looking out for drivers and TRYING TO CHARGE US OUTRAGEOUS RATES that isn't even what is needed ..THIS IS WHY our country has turned to hell n a hand basket..DEFINITELY WILL NEVER use Loves again and will do all I can to steer other owner opps AWAY from allowing these guys over change them for things they don't even need.. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!"

"Staff was really nice and welcoming. Store and washrooms, nice and clean. But the keypads at truck fuel stations were not working. I tried 3 pumps but none of those were working properly. Eventually went inside to pay at counter and was helped at counter."
