"Im very dissatisfied with how this Walgreens is run. I am consistently put on 50+ minute holds on the phone. They withhold fulfilling prescriptions until the last minute. Then, when I try to pick up my Rx, I’m subjected to 20+ minute waits in the DRIVE THRU. this is crazy. Every other pharmacy in Richmond is outdoing them. Please do better! Your staff is very kind but obviously overburdened. Staff more, treat employees better, get better rules, something!!!"

"Called to check on a prescription and needed to speak to someone. Phone on hold for nearly and hour saying there were callers ahead of me and to please hold, they would be with me shortly. Finally went in person only to discover that they were closed on a Friday and all weekend. Please be aware if you have timely prescriptions that they are currently unreliable. A family member confirmed they also had a terrible time getting through on the phone recently."

"Will not answer their phone, Keep saying "thank you for calling wallgreens , we will answer your call as soon as we can" I heard this no less than a dozen times. Was on hold for over an hour before i hung up and just came in the store just so they could update my insurance. IF this is staffing issues then walgreen needs to pony up and pay for some help"

"This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! They are SUPER slow both in the drive through and in store. Any time I call regarding one of my clients medications, I'm on hold for 15+ minutes. Every few minutes someone will pick up and ask you AGAIN to hold please. They can't find filled prescriptions. I'm done with them!! They don't even deserve 1 star!"

"The most unfortunate thing about writing these reviews is that you can not give negative stars. The Walgreens in Richmond is doing their best to suck like no other pharmacy has ever sucked. Do these corporate stores pick people specifically for their mental disabilities and lack of customer service? Every single time you go to this location, your prescription is not ready. How is this possible? The answer is simple, they have no problem wasting your time because your time is irrelevant to them. The only thing that counts is your money. The prescription I went to pick up was called in last week. In fact, Walgreens' automated system called to say the prescription was ready for pickup. When I arrived it hadn't been filled. What is the point of the automated system calling to let you know your prescription is ready? Obviously, there is no point. This location sucks, like sucking is an Olympic event in which they are trying to win a medal."
