"Do not recommend going here. I went here to get tests done to figure out why I am so exhausted all the time. Thought maybe it was a thyroid issue. They did the blood work, but that was it other than trying to get me to take one of those weight loss drugs. I would not go here if you really want to find out the underlying cause of how you are feeling. I didn't appreciate the push for the weight loss drug and the doctor, Suzanna Harold, MD, barely spent 5 minutes with me."

"I’ve been with this practice for multiple years. Up until my last visit I have had very good quality of care. During my last visit I saw Dr. Evelyn Runer. She was rude, never said hello or goodbye and spent less than 5 minutes with me. I requested to have my blood pressure taken since it was high on the device so I wished to have a manual reading. She let me know her cuff was broken and she could not do this. During the 5 minute appt I asked for a few labs to be ordered. Once I arrived at the lab I found out she did not listen to me and did not order the correct labs. Once the visit was billed, I found out that she billed a higher level which caused me to have a higher bill than I’ve ever paid before at this practice for the worst Dr visit of my life. I let the staff know about this and they let me know that nothing can be done. I hope Dr. Runer was just having a bad day. Update 11/15: I have been mailed a letter discharging me from this practice after being a patient for years. Obviously the customer service here is lacking."
