"The physician and nurse practitioner were great. Do not expect return calls as you have to leave messages on the “secretary” voice mail and she doesn’t return calls or messages and even their office staff confirmed the “secretary” doesn’t return calls. The “secretary” is the one who calls and gives test results and also gives her option of what she thinks your diagnosis may be. It takes more than a month to get test results."

"Great experience, Great prep and Great bedside manner! Answered all my questions. Kept me calm about a procedure for my first time. In and out in under two hours. Small wait times do happen because you have to understand people need different accommodations. Everyone from front desk, to colonoscopy prep employees, to person who put me out, to Dr. Keterpal himself to the discharge nurse, everyone was wonderful, professional, courteous and understanding. You will not find a better experience elsewhere."

"Unless you want bent over the barrel with charges and interest added onto your bills when you're making payments.... I wouldn't go here. What kind of doctor charges interest on medical bills? The only ones I know are the ones that care more about money rather than their patients."
