"I went in to sell my clothes and I have to Say.. this was one of the most rude experiences with any employee I have ever experienced.. they treated me like I was stupid and had no clue what I was doing. After over an hour of well 1 convincing them to even take my clothes based off my age they finally texted that it was ready. When I got there, I received dirty looks and my bins pulled on the floor over to me and the worst part? Each article of clothing was in the EXACT same place.. my stuff was not even gone through. Why? Because I look 16 and not 30.. I’m so disappointed."

"I always feel so silly taking in my mothers, aunts, gf's, and sometimes my items. No, not by theft. By donation. If they don't buy it. They'll refer you down to plates where they'll inspect what's left, probably picking more items. Then you run to the other plato's closet and have them pick through it. Then stop and drop the rest off at goodwill. But I've never once felt silly or stupid once I got in there. Ladies are fantastically professional and will have an answer for every question....."

"This is absolutely one of the best Clothes Mentors in the region! The staff is amazing — everyone is kind, welcoming and goes out of their way to be helpful (I’ve lost count of the number of times they stop what they’re doing to help find an item, answer questions or offer guidance). The store is sparkling clean, well-laid and easy to browse. The items are thoughtfully curated — there is a wide selection of recent-season trendy and designer items, ranging from runway pieces to closet staples. The prices are amazing and fair-market value, and new items are constant — I’ve returned a week after a trip and it’s always like entering a new store. Highly, highly recommend!!!"

"Absolutely the best experience! I saw a luxury item online and called to ask some questions. I had to call back two more times and every time each person I talked to was friendly and patient with me. I bought the item and it came well packaged and exactly as described. I called back because the authenticity certificate was not included in the package. They quickly resolved this and sent the certificate to me. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I am extremely happy with my purchase! I would not hesitate to purchase online from them again. Wonderful staff!!!"
