"I usually shop the Alexis Rd. PSP, but since I was shopping near this Sylvania location I stopped there. I was happy to find the dog food brand (and specific variety) that I always buy. In other words, I appreciate the consistency of product choices throughout the various locations. And, the friendliness/ helpfulness of the employees also seems to be the case chainwide."

"When I was at the Store I saw at least 37 dead Fish. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and truly demonstrates the ability of the managers at this establishment. We're walking around the store. I also saw this weird man who continually ducked around the corner whenever I looked in his direction. When I confronted him and asked him his name, he said it was Jeff and that he was making sure I didn't steal anything and that I was sketchy. Overall the establishment stink like cat piss, and crickets. I will never be returning, and I hope that Jeff gets fired"

"A top notch pet store for sure! They always have my dog food brand stocked and they are helping out with the non-profit i volunteer with. I couldn't ask for a nicer crew of people, and they have the coolest toys in town! The parking lot is huge and very convenient, and the location is perfect for getting in and out of! Love love love PSP in Sylvania!"
