"I wanted to have a Santa gift bag embroidered with my son's name on it. I live in Indianapolis and called 10 different embroidery stores to get a quote. Not one of these stores would even consider fulfilling my request, because my order was too small, or because I did not buy the item to be embroidered from their store. Luckily, my parents live in Sylvania and knew that Wilkinson offers embroidery services. I sent screen shots of the font and color of thread I preferred and hoped for the best, using my mother as the go between. Wilkinson made it clear that it would be no problem, gave a reasonable quote and time frame for completion. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome!
