"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Both of the managers are just so rude and sadly, I had to witness just how rude the managers are this morning. My grandma has been contacting them about returning something and she went in today to get her money back and was extremely nice and the lady (has black hair and wears glasses) said to my grandma “If you keep talking I won’t give you your money back.”. This was in response to my grandma confronting her for hanging up on her the other day because “they were too busy”. The older man (Howard) had come to help and had also just been so ugly and unkind to my grandma who was still staying calm. He slammed his hand on the desk because my grandma was trying to clarify something with him. Just unbelievable and as a 22 year old, I should not being seeing this as a representation of how customer service should be handled."

"I was there a while back. There was a camera crew there from ESPN. They even interviewed me on why I was buying a Ohio State outfit and a Michigan pj outfit. I was amazed that it air during the game on TV. This shop is amazing, customer service is top, even helped with sending out my purchases. I've been there many times. I give it 5 starts.
