"Shoe design and manufacturing is occasionally makes your favorite shoes history. Getting perfect fitting shoes might happen immediately and sometimes not. The sales associates have different opinions what is best for your feet. Occasionally someone ties or really pulls the shoe laces too tight. Your feet may be tender for a little while maybe not."
"Employee was helpful but they didn't have the shoe I wanted in my size. She checked other areas stores, they were out also. She told me how to order online and that worked but I didn't get to use my AAA discount. Very disappointed. She only measured my feet at the end (which I thought was a little strange) when I asked her to do so. Does that mean New Balance sizes don't match that device anymore? She recommended the same larger size of my old shoes, which still was correct for my new ones."
"On Saturday, 9/9/23, I had a marvelous experience @ Dave's Running in Sylvania. I walked in @ 5:45 pm. I wasn't sure I would be able to get new shoes, especially since they close at 6 pm and the store was very busy. However, Ryan reassured me he would find me new shoes. My current shoes were causing me great pain. He watched me walk and heard my concerns about what I needed in a shoe. He definitely delivered! Hands down, it was the best experience I have had @ Dave's. I have shopped Dave's exclusively for many years & I have always had a good experience, but this trip was the best experience ever! It should be noted Ryan's other gig is teaching! He is a keeper!"
