"We have been going to this pharmacy for years now. My older son is a high needs medically child which results on a few medications that his life depends on his daily life. This past year my younger son has been diagnosed with epilepsy, which results him being on medications to help his life. my son has been out of his one medication for a few days, they gave me a partial fill last week which still resulted him of two days out. I called my sons neurologist to possibly changed type of pill, she called me back and said she called the pharmacy and they told her they have it in stock now. I go late evening and i go through drive thru and the medication was still not ready. The lady was very sweet and actually remembered me from previous time. She asked about medication and Ahmed the pharmacist was polite and said yes they do have it and if i can come inside. I park and go inside and sit on the chairs next to pharmacy. As i was waiting I hear Ahmed asking the main Pharmacist in charge there is only 27 pills and he is supposed to get 30 day supply. I vividly hear Miriam say 'Its ok she must of got a partial fill give her the 27 day supply her son will Live the next 27 days for his next full refill" I then looked up and she looked right at me not thinking I'm in the store and she asked what the name was for I was waiting for. I got up and told her the name and she looked shocked and I told her I know my son will live the next 27 days thank god! She came out of the pharmacy trying to apologize and she didn't know it was for my son! I told her how dare her saying that about another child even if it was not my son! I told her she would never know how it feels to have not one child in need but two now. She does not know how it feels going to bed scared when a next seizure they will have. I'm very disappointed and disgusted how someone can speak like that about another child. I have been there for many years but I am planning to pull out my kids prescriptions from there and giving my business to someone else."

"Refer to my video submitted during survey ;) The pharmacy team always have provided excellent CS when I call with questions/ visit to pick up medication. They are Patient and willing to answer my questions, regardless of how busy they might be. They do not rush you and provide a compassionate approach."

"If I could rate 0 stars, I would like many others have said. Made an “ appointment” for a flu shot and was told the wait was at least 30 minutes. So…why have an appointment? The pharmacy drive through is painfully slow because they allow complex transactions. The purpose of the drive up is for quick drop offs and pickups. Not for anything else. Inside isn’t any better. In fact, on multiple occasions there is a long line but no one is paying attention to the customers. I would use another pharmacy if my insurance company would give the same costs, but they don’t. Horrible horrible horrible"

"Horrible pharmacy. Every other time I have to pick up a prescription, there is a problem. This time they were trying to charge me $28 when I have full coverage. The staff are absolutely rude and inconsiderate. The lady rolled her eyes at me and said it’s not her issue. There’s no empathy and a total lack of humanity. I truly dislike this place, currently searching for a new pharmacy because screw that none sense."

"Place was once good. For 4 years I went to this pharmacy and it was ok, had some insurance issues, but the employees did a great job. A couple months back all the employees changed and the place went to hell. I’m going days without medication and never notify that there is an issue. Have been told drugs are ready only to show and up and say they are not. I receive text that scripts are ready and I show up the next day and they say they put them back because I took too long. When I questioned about why one day was too long she said yeah that’s weird. The old crew was polite and seemed like they tried and these people are for the most part, except two friendly women, rude and seem like they are miserable. I decided to move all the drugs across the street to Kroger and I’m hoping for better luck."
