"I’m not real pleased that my teenagers appointment ran 40+ minutes over and the NP knew within the first hour that my daughter wasn’t interested in taking medication. That should have been the time to call the parent back and let me know that this office doesn’t provide counseling without medication. Instead you kept the clock running, racking up my bill unnecessarily. That’s unfair practice. I would have started with a counselor if I would have known in the beginning that it was a requirement to take prescription medication to be a patient with your office."
"Hi there, I've been going there for 5 years now and I see Dr. John and he is a wonderful doctor. He's very understanding and he pays attention what I say and I've been to a lot of doctors where they do not listen to you and he actually 100% cares about your well-being is the best doctor I ever been to been to for a Suboxone He's so genuine kind and I told Dr. John on occasions that he's saved my life multiple times cuz I went to other clinics and they didn't want nothing to do with me and appreciate him so much and I love the staff and hi Mike! Lol The staff is great you know how you go to a doctor and you feel like you're below them but not with him. "I've been seeing nurse practitioner Heidi Vraciu for six years now. She has done wonders for me! She is so patient and calm. She listens to me and always puts my needs into consideration. She has done so much for me, and I can't thank her enough. Dr. John is absolutely fantastic also. Everyone is so friendly and helpful."
"(I believe it was the receptionist) was extremely rude. When working in healthcare, you should know how to speak with people, especially to others who work in healthcare. I truly hope she does not speak with patients the way she spoke to me. It was uncalled for and definitely gives this location a bad look."
