"I want to give 5 stars but Lori and katrina are the reasons I’m not. Dr Riggs is PHENOMENAL!!! Back to Lori and Katrina. These two ladies not once now but twice have been more of a pain than anything else. On the phone with the answering service today and the lady in the office was saying nobody was in there yet my husband was standing there on the other line with me. Trying to get our kids stuff faxed to their school. Katrina is rude and has absolutely no customer service at all. She told my husband today I’m just in a bad mood.. I don’t care just do your job and don’t put your personal problems on me! I’m trying to handle my own personal things and don’t need your sour attitude as well because I can be just as sour. Will be calling the main office to complain"

"I've been going to Dr. Riggs for many years. I would not go anywhere else. I've also referred friends to her and they also love her. The fact that she's so knowledgeable always puts my mind at ease if I have any medical concerns and is of utmost importance to me. Having to wait sometimes in the waiting room is much less important than having a medical professional I can trust. If she's running late it's most likely because she's been detained with her hospitalized patients that she sees at both Aultman and Mercy Medical."
"I've been going to Dr. Riggs for over 10 years. She's always been awesome and so are the other doctors & nurse practitioners in her practice. She's very blunt, but she's a great doctor. I even drive 40 minutes to go there now."
