"Completely disappointed with my experience today with my 1 year old son. The attending nurse couldn’t spell medical terms. The doctor who saw my son was rude and I don’t believe she introduced herself as I am unaware of her name.. she came into the room with what appeared to be an attitude. I couldn’t complete one sentence with out her cutting me off and then insulting my motherhood. This was such a terrible experience. I withdrew my children from this practice immediately. Most people seem to appreciate the treatment they receive from this practice but not I, my family won’t be back and I’m sure we aren’t the last mother and child duo that will experience this type discrimination displayed today. So beware."
"Dr. Neelam has wonderful energy and bedside manner. She showed concern for my 13 year old son as a pediatrician. I felt she really looked at him as an individual and not as just another patient. Her staff is very friendly and accommodating also. We are new to Ohio and I was concerned about finding a new pediatrician. I am so happy that the other pediatrician my son was supposed to see did not have available appointments, which caused me to find Dr. Neelam. All things happen for a reason. I highly recommend the practice."
