"I went to my appointment today with Dr. Vennepureddy. He entered the room and obviously didn’t review my records, he looked at his watch ( I counted three times) like he was in a hurry. I felt “rushed”. Not the way you’re supposed to feel with a doctor. My initial appointment a year ago wasn’t a good experience either."

"My doctor gave me a referral here. I scheduled an appointment. I attempted to call in a reschedule my appointment after a a transportation issues but the phone kept ringing with no pick up. I called up until my appointment time and gave up. I missed the appointment. Now understanding no call no show policies, I called in to see if need to go elsewhere or if I reschedule. I asked the person that answered if I needed to go elsewhere or can I reschedule my missed appointment. Instead of giving me a straight answer I got transferred to a new person and put on hold repeatedly. Everytime someone would come on the line they would take my information and put me on hold and not come back to the call. I never did get the appointment rescheduled. Thankfully my insurance could send me elsewhere in network."
