"Let me just say I am so glad my therapist is moving offices. I love my therapist, we clicked immediately, but the facility and RECEPTION STAFF are HORRID. Very RUDE and not helpful at all. They don't pay attention to your insurance or if you have a copay so they wont bill you at the time of your visit LIKE THE SIGN IN THEIR OFFICE SAYS THEY'LL DO and then send you a bill for $2000 A YEAR LATER AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY IT ALL. I cannot wait to get out of there and follow my therapist elsewhere."

"Dr. Morris is terrific and I would recommend her outside of Pheonix Rising. If she practiced outside of PR, I would be see her. If your looking for KAP Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, this is not your place. The CEO Lisa Grubbs lets the nurses run this show and its a horrible experience. You receive zero therapy, crammed in a tiny noisy room sometimes with a complete stranger to also receive Spravato. All you get is the medicine and that's it. The nurses really don't know what they are doing regarding Spravato and this place definitely! definitely!! has zero business being certified to administer Spravato under the auspice of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Again, there is zero therapy. If you're just looking for the drug and no therapy then, you're at the right place. When I started I had a therapist, Brittany, that would meet on a different day and time unfortunately. She was excellent, however she left and know one bothered to follow up and assign me a new therapist?? This is just one of many many unprofessional experiences I had while under the care of PR. This place is great for servicing the homeless and indigent community however they are using Ketamine as a money grab. They are not set up to be able to provide KAP and should not be allowed to administer this drug. You must remain at their location for 2 hours and need a driver which is fine. My last experience was my last. I was scolded for leaving at 1:00 with out seeing a nurse first. That would be great if there where any nurses to be found. This organization does not understand that if you have a ride lined up and waiting for you, when its time to go you have to go or will not have a ride. I live an hour away... They overbooked their little room a few times and thru me in an overflow room off their lobby, a closet with a lunch room table and chairs. I told them I would never accept those conditions again for this treatment. They ignored me and tried to put me in this storage closet again and I refused. So, I had to share a 6 x 12 room with a complete stranger taking a mind altering medication. That's so wrong on so many levels and am pretty sure their certifying body would not consider this acceptable. I am sure they provide a very needed service to their customer base however again for the third time they have zero business of being in the business of offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy! I have asked that the CEO call me several times to discuss my horrible treatment by this organization along with their major communications problem, she never called me, not surprised....."

"Terrible place to go for mental health. I am going here for ptsd, anxiety and adhd. It took 6 months for me to be treated for my ADHD. I was told after calling multiple times the first time that I didn't receive my medication bc they hadn't received everything they needed from my doctor. Mind you this was after being screened and tested and waiting 3 weeks when I was told that I wouldn't have to wait longer than a week. After waiting another 2 weeks I called again and was told that they were waiting on my screening results. They said they would have to call the place that does the screening and find out what is going on bc my results should have come back already. 2 days later I finally got my meds. It took a month and a half to get my meds for my adhd when it should have only taken a week. Had I not called, I would probably still be waiting"

"Terrible! I have been going here for 6 months so that I could be treated for my ADHD and I literally have not received any medication for it at all. I'm told that I will start my medication when they receive paperwork from my doctor and for the past 2 months, almost 3 I still haven't recurve any meds. They claim to have never recurve the paperwork they needed but my doctor says that they not only faxed over the information but mailed it as well! DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU NEED AND THEY WILL RUN YOU IN CIRCLES"

"Girl at front desk is super rude and the opposite of helpful. Hung up on me instead of putting me on hold, had me wait all day and didn’t even tell me my doctor wasn’t in the office so I couldn’t get my prescription filled that day. I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE TO FIND OUT MY DOCTOR WASN’T EVEN THERE, because she just kept not answering the phone after she hung up on me instead of putting me on hold. You would think it would be wise to have a receptionist that actually takes mental health seriously. Very unprofessional. My doctor is amazing btw, it’s just if you have a problem getting your prescription filled, you’re SOL because the front desk is useless."
