"I had been seeing a therapist here for a couple of months and was told I had no co pay and that my insurance covered it. When I showed up for my session today, I live 30 minutes away fyi, I was told I had a co pay balance of over $300. The front desk straight up lied and said they had been trying to contact me about this but I have no calls or emails regarding my balance. I will never recommend this place to anyone after this interaction. It is unethical to not inform patients of changes in their insurance coverage. I’m in school to be a social worker so I am well aware of how horrible it is to do this to a patient."
"Waste of time had 2 apts. 1st they asked to reschedule the day of. 2nd time for the make up of the 1st the person I was to see wasn't even there or in the state."
"The ladies who check in patients are very respectful and always greet you after you arrived. I have been going to Wellness Grove for 4-6 months now and I honestly will never switch to go anywhere else. The therapist I see is so understanding and kind. She doesn't force you to talk about anything. She always respects me and listens to all my worries and concerns. I have never felt so comfortable or completely opened up yo a therapist ever until I started going to Wellness Grove. It takes A LOT for me to be comfortable and open up to people. Thank you Wellness Grove for always being so kind to me and for helping me get through the tough times! :)"
"The people are the front desk are rude and unpleasant. They have no empathy for the patients and tend to be rude over the phone. This is not just one encounter. I wish that they would be friendly since they are working with people who struggle with Mental Health. Originally I gave them a one star because of the description above! However Hedi, gave me a call and was overly apologetic for the lack of empathy shown towards me. She went out of her way to ensure I could have a positive experience and that is what it should be like! Thank you Hedi."
"I love wellness Grove! The employees at the front desk are always so helpful and friendly. I see Jessica S and she is such a gem. I smile going into my session as well as when I leave. I’ve vented to her, cried, laughed, sat in silence. My counselor has given me so many resources for so many things. I am truly grateful to have such an amazing counselor."
