"You're lucky you get even a 1 star review from me!!! Pretty pathetic how you couldn't even resolve a billing issue where YOU OWED US A REFUND of $159 for a visit that we paid for 2 days in advance of making an appt. We canceled the very next day which was more than 24 hrs in advance!! I have communicated with your office more than I care to say in trying to resolve this issue. Health Equity told me they'd handle it & didn't. It WAS YOUR JOB TO REFUND $159 FOR A VISIT THAT YOU DIDNT EVEN PROVIDE!!! Shame on YOU Dr. Kuendig!!! You owe us this money and we never recd the first supposed check u sent. Then tell us we have to wait 2 months basically for the mail before resending?? That's when Health Equity took over & was suppose to contact you & their lazy employees didn't follow through either. Doesn't matter....you still should've done the right thing & mailed a check to us because that money DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU!!!! If you can't even handle and resolve something like this to where it has caused this much grief (stemming from your office), then why should anyone trust you & come to you for help?? You know our address so until we receive our refund check, I'm leaving this review up."
