"I have been going to Dr Meniru for 5 years, he can be hard to understand but I would never want to go anywhere else. He listens, is compassionate and truly cares about all his patients. His staff have always been so kind and friendly. Dr. Meniru has done 3 surgeries on me (all together i have had 13 all for other things outside his 3) and even with the surgeries my pain level is minimal. Through all my complaints and issues he has never made me feel unheard even in the times he can't find a reason. The nurses in the surgical department at Mercy have never had anything but great things to say about him, and what a good an sweet man he is. And trust me you can tell when its genuine and it really is. I would suggest him to anyone, because doctors like him are becoming harder to find."

"This doctor’s office is awful. I would go in at my scheduled appointment times and have to wait for hours. On several occasions I’d wait for over an hour or two, then they would call me back and I’d have to wait another hour just for the dr to come in. I’ve never seen scheduling done so poorly. I would come in 15 mins before my appt time and there would be 5 people ahead of me who haven’t even been checked in yet. I’m currently 39 weeks pregnant, I went in for a check up and left after waiting for over 2 hrs to be seen. I had to contact another dr to literally check me and deliver me within the last week of pregnancy. Smh this experience for me was unbelievably the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. UPDATE: I got into a drs office I had previously been to...same day! No wait! I get in the back they’re asking me about what testing I’ve had and haven’t had. Here to find out Mr Meniru had not been giving me stress that bc of my age I had needing to take regularly. I also was missing 2 other test that were not done AND AN ULTRASOUND!! I have to go back in The office in 3 days to have an ultrasound, stress test and he did the other testing while I was there today. I will also be induced in the next few days after the test results. All I can say is wow! This was a truly awful awful experience I had at this practice."

"Dr. Meniru and his staff are wonderful people, very kind and professional. He delivered my first grandson and my daughter was well pleased with his service, couldn't ask for better Dr. I would recommend him to anyone expecting a child. Thank you for your service."

"Yes, the wait is a while but he’s a great doctor. And the nurses are great. I feel home there. I had gotten pregnant two years back and it was my first time seeing Meniru, then I had a miscarriage he was pretty straight forward to what I had to get done. i got pregnant again was contemplating changing doctors just for a new start. Had another scare. The new doctor I was trying to see couldn’t get me in right away This happened January 1st and they couldn’t get me in until January 18th But meniru was able to see me ASAP. I ended up having another miscarriage But I’m glad I stayed with him. He really is a good doctor he listens to you and he answers you. The 3 hour wait it worth the few minutes you do get to see him."

"I went in knowing I was in need of serious medical attention, end result would be surgery. As with meeting a new doctor I was nervous. Dr. Meniru was straight-forward and to the point. Took me a little aback and I contemplated switching doctors. Given the urgency, I stayed with Dr. Meniru. He got me through what turned out to be far worse than I had imagined. A year later, I am well. I am glad I stayed with Dr. Meniru. He did exactly what I want a doctor to do, he is the doctor he needed to be. He assessed the whole situation from every angle, presented options and recommendations. I am grateful for his candor and thank him for being the doctor he is. He is a caring compassionate physician truly committed to bettering your health and educating you on staying healthy."
