"The room we had was well maintained. Could use some more weather friendly bedding such as a thicker comforter for winter. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Love that our room was without carpet as many hotels have less than desirable carpeting. Toilet was very loud when flushed and the breakfast was lacking; however the overall stay was nice."
"I'm a travel nurse and have been staying here at least 1 day a week for the past 9 months. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I work midnightshift so it's difficult to find a quiet place to sleep during the day but management gives me the same room every week which is at the end of the hall so I don't get disturbed by people checking out or in. The room is always clean and the king sized bed is very comfortable. They also don't charge me early check-in fees like other hotels and they've charged me the same low rate all year. Even during the busy season, my rate was the same. I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area."
"I took a day trip down to Akron from Ottawa. The owner, Mike, was very kind. He answered all of our questions and was awesome! The rooms were super clean and modern looking. The beds were comfortable. The reception was awesome. The hot water was good. Lots of pressure. No bugs. No smells. Nothing out of the ordinary. Quiet place to rest my head after an evening out in Akron. Thank you Mike, for helping my friend and I out and making us feel at home."
"I'm writing this review from our rented room. The room was very clean. Ours had a new floor. The bathroom was clean and updated. The furniture may be a bit dated but there was nothing wrong with that cuz its all clean. I think the couch was a pull out bed. We didn't know they offered breakfast! ++ This is a great value. We would have paid $100 for this room. The electrical outlets all work. Years of service has loosened up the contacts. They will probably replace them soon."
"Great for what it is. Quiet, clean, and friendly staff. We had reserve two rooms on the road at a good rate and by the time we reached to realize that we needed an extra room, and they accommodated us very nicely without asking and gave us a third bedroom with king bed at the same rate. This type of hospitality is not very common nowadays, so if we happen to pass by next time, I’ll definitely be staying here."
