", Stayed here in December, it was a fantastic stay, decided to book again for feb... group had 6 kids, we found out once we got here that the pool was down! I just wish they would have notified us prior so we could have had the decision to stay somewhere else. Besides the pool issue, I thought everything else was great. But not worth the price without the pool"

"Horrible hotel management Jamie Kody Jen Do not recommend staying there. They charge your card more then suppose lock your card up by the manager Kody he lied and said it wasn’t him and other staff said he is the only one who can force a payment through. Stayed there almost a month management was very rude and unprofessional. The 2 girls at the front desk awesome staff members but other then that I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE"

"Evening staff, sleeping had to wake up to buy a soda. Waited 15 minutes while they were on there phone tapped on the counter to get there attention then was rude and continued to talk on the phone and complained to the person the whole time during the transaction. Had a house keeper walk into me room at 11pm and both the house keeper and front desk staff blame on each other. Hotel is dirty and mangers here don't care. Wouldn't stay here again if they paid me."

"TAKE TIME TO READ MY COMPLAINTS Checked Inn with Cody, gave my Bonvoy number and agreed to have housekeeping every third day and if I don’t want housekeeping put the door handle do not disturb on the door. 1) Checked out 11-2-23 No Points for my stay was awarded. Had to call Marriott and start a case. 2) In 10 days never got room cleaned. Co workers had same cleaning problem. 3) Day 7 asked the front desk Matt upon leaving to go to dinner to put fresh towels , shampoo and toilet paper in the room. 2.5 hours later no toilet paper. Had to # 2 walked back downstairs to front desk when he finally got the toilet paper and towels for me. 4) Toilet bowl handle kept coming off the flapper and would not flush. Had to rest handle several times 5)bathroom mirror was peeling from behind glass. 6) upon leaving room daily and using door handle to open door , the dead bolt would slid open preventing door from closing and locking. So Now I had to take room key out and unlock the door to close the door. 7) Hotel has signs in elevators and each floor stating Hotel Bar is Open 5pm-12am daily. They opening whenever it is good for them and their payroll. I spent over 200 dollars at the bar. Two nights at bar when it was open. 8) Hotel Houses Pigeons in the Roof. Which is so kind because the weather gets so cold and at least the pigeons have a room to stay in. 9) BBQ is not cleaned guests have to cleaned it to use it Sincerely John Barragan"

"Overall this was a pretty good stay for the price, size of rooms, and amenities. Our room was clean, odor free. The bed and the pull out couch weren’t very comfortable (bed 6/10, couch 2/10). Staff was friendly, easy check in process. The free breakfast was as expected, had a variety, was served hot/fresh. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or gym, so I can’t comment on them but did take a look and both looked nice. We stayed on the first floor near the front desk and only experienced a bit of noise from the above floor before bed. We did not get to use the kitchen much but it was great having access to the fridge and sink regardless. The kitchen looked stocked with the basic things for eating/cooking. There are quite a few hotels in the proximity and all share the same open parking area, so there’s plenty of parking but we didn’t find any close and directly in front of the hotel, but parked near an exit which made it easy to get in and out of the hotel. I’d come back in the future as my family of 5 enjoyed the stay."
