"We went here one time to have our child seen. We were sent to another place because the counselor we saw thought we were better to go see who we were referred to. First of all from day one we had issues with even setting up the initial appointment because they never answer the phone. It took over a week for them to return our call to set the initial appointment. I can understand offices being busy so I figured we would give it a chance. This was over a year ago. They took our insurance never asked for a co-pay. Then months after sent us a bill. I have called multiple times since then over and over because again the last time I left a message they took forever to call back. For months I have called every time we get a bill. Just to tell them she had secondary insurance. I would call, follow the billing prompt and when I got voicemail, I would hit the button to speak to the operator...and again I would get another voicemail. After the 6th time of doing this I finally spoke to their billing lady, Lori. She was very rude and when i explained to her I had been calling her only response was well we record all incoming calls so we can check on that...I suppose I must be lying about calling. Turns out they sent my bill for 25.00 that they failed to collect when we were there to collections which doesn't have any record of it yet two weeks after they supposedly sent it. All because of their billing lady's failure to answer the phone ever which is part of her job description I am sure. Do yourselves a favor, there are plenty of good doctors in the area, don't waste your time leaving a message, I am sure one of them will answer your call, not be rude and be grateful to help you."

"I was very happy at first with all the help I received over the phone when scheduling my daughter. I had to cancel my daughter's appointment due to two women in my office leaving due to maternity; leaving me unable to keep my daughter's appointment. I was told today when I tried to reschedule that " we don't reschedule when you cancel your first appointment." WELL EXCUSE ME! I am furious! This company is supposed to help people, but apparently you can't get past the front desk. I even canceled my appointment two weeks prior and still received phone calls to confirm this appointment. I gave plenty of notice!!! I WILL NOT pursue this company. Very disgusted right now! Missy at the desk was fantastic, but the lady I spoke to today needs a lesson in manners / human compassion!"
