"I had a very horrible experience. The attendant was as rude as rude can be. I was there to get Fingerprints taken for my job. And bixby completely got upset when my fingerprints wouldn't take talking to me like I was stupid and i'm not doing it right. I didn't get her name but it was the canton office. Somebody needs to do something.."

"Very rude personnel and very bad service. We schedule an appointment online for a random testing for one of our employees. Our employee went there, took the test, sign the paper that they provided to him and left. When he sent us the picture of the form we noticed that there is a different name and different DOB, so we called them to let them know about this mistake. The lady who responded to our call started to blame it on us that we scheduled the test for the wrong person, we were trying to explain to her that the bar code that is on our employee’s form, doesn’t match with the bar code she put in their system to look up for the appointment. She didn’t wanted to listen to us, she was very rude and didn’t give us any explanation, she just hang up the phone in our face. Mistakes can happen but at least be nice! They charged the payment too, and now we have to repeat the test and spend extra money. Besically our employee provided his sample for another person."

"I had such a good experience at this location. The very nice phlebotomist had dealt with a crabby customer right before me but she really did not allow that to ruin her day! She was extremely personable and we joked while she drew my blood. My Peekaboo gender results were back within 2 very short days (and we’re having a BOY)! I appreciate the ease and the distinct lack of bruising on my arm where she drew from. :)"

"When I got my first test, they told me I’d have results in less than three days. It took over a week and I had to call and ask for them that I can live with. Then I went in for my second draw. They said I would hear back within three days. I never did get results from that test. Two weeks later was still trying to ask them what happened with no answers. They finally told me the lab had spilt my sample. So I decided I would go back to them one more time. Online said they were open Saturday so I called and got no answer. So I called other branches and they all confirmed that they were open and that one should be open. I drove over and of course they were not open. I did not have one but three bad experiences with this location. So I called and asked for a refund. And instead of immediately give me a refund I have to wait for an owner to call me back. Really!? I am self-employed and would not wanna leave anybody a bad review, but this is ridiculous."
