"Went in, no directions from staff. Finnaly get to my doctor after waiting 30min past when I was supposed to get in. Was told this was just a diagnosis (first time here) and that it would be $40, okay no problem. Doctor tells me, "yep that's your problem", after rushing in then rushes out after telling me to go get this medicine. So I leave and get the medicine (which didn't end up doing anything). 1 month later I get a bill for $150 ?!?! For what? Yea never going back to a place that explained nothing and acted like I was nothing. Also, you spelled my last name wrong lol."

"Hearing test / evaluation Cannot be more pleased with the entire process. Time of the appointment , hearing test, Dr Ramsey walking through the results and next steps. Hearing center was fantastic and thorough on hearing aid options , pros and cons, and cost . Picked up my hearing aids today . Morgan was very detailed and covered every aspect on the aids on adjustment, use, cleaning etc etc Highly recommend this team ! Great experience!"

"Seen dr Smith for a throat problem. Had surgery , problem solved then I was taken to get a hearing test. Tried the aids, words very well. Preceded to tell the audiologist I would like to try them a few more days & make my decision, she then changed the sound & said she did nothing. She was going on vacation & wanted the sell. I brought them back the next day they were messed up. Then I find out the audiologist sent it in to my insurance & received all the money. I never said anything to Dr Smith. I eventually recieved my money back. Had been having throat problems made an appt sat for an hour by then I knew what was going on. Seen Dr. Smith, my throat wasn't checked & nothing was done. But they made sure they got $98.00 for the visit Had never been charged before today. Didn't think something like this would ever happen here. I was never asked why I didn't purchase the hearing aids."

"Not impressed! Went with my older son over the summer who was referred here & over 18 to see about allergy testing. Was charged as soon as we walked in, but he never got an allergy test due to his skin not reacting correctly? Waited few months for my refund. Also, the doctor he saw seemed rushed & in a hurry with my son but thankfully the nurse did answer my questions. This is my second son with high class peanut allergy & others allergens so thankfully not my first experience with allergists, but sorry not that impressed with this place!"

"Absolutely the best around. Akron childrens couldn't get my daughter in for 2 years!!!!! They got her in within 2 weeks. The staff are all extremely nice! Mary at the front desk is the world's kindest & most friendly person there is. They are undoubtedly top tier. If I could give higher that 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Dr. Smith is very personable & has phenomenal bedside manners. Thank you to this wonderful team."
