"They are awful, disrespectful and made me wait 30 minutes in the waiting room then another 30 in the actual room before I even saw him. Just for him to ask me a few questions and send me on my merry way. Also when Dr. Meniru delivered my baby he just pulled my placenta right out, didn’t have me deliver it and I could’ve gotten hurt very bad! Never ever go here!"

"If I could give this place ZERO stars I WOULD!!! I had an appointment at 2 pm, they didn’t give me any paperwork until 2:18 after two OTHER people walked in after me. 3 pm come around and STILL HAVEN’T BEEN CALLED !! Like helloooo people have lives !!!!! Why am I sitting in a hot waiting room for an hour ???"

"Awful place. I was waiting for an hour to see the doctor. Finally after getting in the room and speaking to the nurse I explained I was experiencing some stressful symptoms and did not want to be touched or have anything put inside of me. She told me the doctor refused to see me because he had to give me a physical annual exam first (that includes his fingers inside of me and pieces of my cervix scraped off). He wouldn’t even answer my questions about hormone regulation or fatigue and possible fibroids in my uterus. There is absolutely nothing his exam could have covered for what I needed from a doctor. He wouldn’t even answer my questions and had his nurse relay everything too me. Also- the nurse tried to make a poor excuse about me being late when I complained that I waited an hour to be turned away. I was 10 minutes late (which I apologized for) however the nurse tried to justify and get defensive by basically gaslighting me. My appointment was for 1:30 and I got there at 1:44 right after leaving a message on their answering machine to ask for directions. I signed in and was waiting in a seat for 15 minutes before I finally went up to the window to ask if I was in the right place (they had no idea I was checked in). Honestly the biggest red flag was that I stated I was struggling with ptsd symptoms and just wanted my questions answered and the doctor was basically forcing me to be touched in very sensitive areas in order to be given care (which is not care, it’s coercion). Their entire procedure was quite pathetic and unethical. This doesn’t even deserve one star"

"Dr. Meniru has been my doctor for 19 years. He has a small busy practice. Wait times can be long but once you are in the room, it is your turn and he will stay and answer every question. He is patient and attentive. The wait times are worth it."

"Wish I had read the reviews first. Didn't mind Meniru himself, but felt like for my first appointment for my first pregnancy, it went by too quick. First of all, if you Google his name, the address that pops up isn't the clinic in Belden Village, and it would've been nice if I had been warned me about that. Or told the examination was "full body" with the doctor plus one female witness (so you can't claim misconduct). Oh, and you the patient aren't allowed to have a support person. Your first appointment is just two strangers checking you out while naked. Not even a quick how-do-you-do, just uncomfortableness. Secondly, I was told 10 o'clock for my ultrasound and was told 10:00 at least three times. Got home and realized the appointment card said 9:00, which was a minor inconvenience to have to call them and check, but after not being given the correct address the first time I felt like I was doing the receptionist's job. And last but not least, the ultrasound technician is rude as can be. Going in there should've been a happy experience, but instead they made my husband stay outside instead of in the waiting room because it was for "patient's only." It was a 9 am appointment and we were the only ones there. They cited Covid but, again, we were the only ones there and if I had it, I'm sure the man I live with has it too. But the woman wasn't even nice about it, she just pointed at him and said "HE has to wait outside," as if he were a dog. And then said if he didn't have a mask he wouldn't be allowed to come back at all. Ironic since when I walked in none of the four women working had on masks. And if it's that big of a deal, why not provide masks? But they'd rather a father miss seeing the ultrasound then give out a free mask (luckily we had some in the car). The ultrasound technician doesn't appreciate you wasting her time by asking questions. And she flies through everything that if you're trying to focus on seeing the baby and GOD FORBID accidentally tune her out and miss something she says, she will talk to you like an idiot. I read a review where she (Rebecca btw) made a woman cry and I believe it. The picture quality it trash. I've had ultrasounds before for other reasons, and their machine reads and prints like garbage. Only person there who takes the time to talk to you is Diana. I hope she finds a better place to work. The way the other women talk trash about one another in-between patients is toxic and Diana seems better than there and them. Not going back."
