"My husband had carpal tunnel surgery and needed bilateral gel wrist braces very badly which he still does not have! His doctor referred him to you. I called the office located on Tuscarawas St. in Canton, Ohio twice! No one would answer the phone, so I left a message the 2nd time which informed me I would absolutely receive a return call by the end of the day which I did not!!! I asked them to call because it was out of the way for us to drive over there. So we ended up driving over there anyway and there was not a single soul in the parking lot. But they were so busy they could not take or return my call!?!?!?!!!! We walked in and asked about the braces and was treated VERY RUDELY! We were told he would have to make an appointment they need to be fitted and there is no one there to do it. This was said in a rude mouthy manner. She did not offer to make an appointment and when I said well we better make an appointment now because they don't answer their phone the lady said YEP! In a smart mouth way, and still did not offer to make an appointment. It was 4:30 on 12/14/2016. The lady had short brown hair and heavy mascara on. This is a very unprofessional, ignorant, uncaring individual"

"I have not had service here, personally. I did happen to call, however, hoping to obtain information on an order I had received from my doctor for a specific knee brace and if they had those. The lady who answered had a tone in her voice like I was interrupting her and she simply couldn't be bothered. After she told me "No", that they don't carry anything like that...I asked her if she knew of a place that I could get one. She ho-hummed and said, "Oh I don't know, you might want to start by calling the knee brace company". Seriously? And this person is allowed to deal with the public on a daily basis? Absolutely ridiculous customer service and an even worse first impression. Never will I give this company my business. I'll just go where people actually know what they're talking about, rather than sounding as if they could care less if you were a customer or not."
