"I was recommended to visit USA by a family friend.. I considered going to another vein clinic closer to home. I’m glad that I chose USA vein clinic to take care of my vein concerns. Im so glad that I didn’t let the call center run me off."

"I made an appointment online because I had treatment with a company that was here before "Circulatory Center" . When I check in I was told I didn't have an appointment because the "booking online " didn't work. But they could take care of me. "Just a minute " ..... "Did you drink water ?" Me..... um... when I took my supplements. "Did you drink coffee?" Me..... um.... yes "Oh, OK just a minute we can still see you today" Me.... do you have my medical history? No, but that's OK, we can still see you today. Me.... I don't feel comfortable, I'll reschedule. The receptionist was going to have "someone " do an ultrasound without insurance authorization and without preparation on my part."

"Not at all happy with business practices here. I gave 2 stars because the office personnel and doctor are very nice and courteous. The problems begin with being told they accept my insurance over the phone when making appointment. I had several appointments scheduled for procedures. Less than 24hrs before the first scheduled procedeure the call center called me to tell me i had to reschedule all my appointments because they hadnt received my insurance authorization. I should have been notified of this much sooner.They ended up not being in my insurance companies network, so that meant more of the cost was my responsibility. Make sure to check this out before scheduling any appointments. I should have done this so that's my fault. I was told by the doctor that my insurance would cover everything except deductible and copay, so I was under the impression the office had already checked my insurance out, and had received authorization for procedures. That was not the case. Thank goodness I found out before procedures were performed. I did have a fee to pay for initial visit and ultrasound. The worst part about this company is they have a foreign call center that handles all the dealings you will have from any questions you may have to billing and appointments. They will flat out lie to you and tell you that you are speaking with someone in the doctors office you went to but YOU ARE NOT! It is a call center that will constantly call and annoy you to no end. The doctors office has no phone. If you ask to speak with someone at the doctor's office they put you on hold and someone else comes on pretending to be at the office but they are not. I began to get calls constantly to confirm appointments and also in regard to the bill before I ever received any kind of a statement from them. I canceled future appointments and am going elsewhere. They changed their name from Circulatory Centers to this USA Vein Clinic. I went there when it was still Circulatory Centers and there weren't any problems. I dont like the place now."

"DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I had 3 vein surgeries with this company. Their scheduling department and billing departments are a HOT MESS! Example- I would get 2 reminder phone calls in the same day, about my appointment the next day, only to get a 3rd phone call that said we'd have to reschedule. Well, I had already taken a 1/2 day off of work for the appointment. NOT OK! A couple of the times I was told it was because my insurance wasn't approved yet. I finally called my insurance, out of frustration, and they told me they had approved it a month prior!! After things like this kept happening over and over and over, I was fed up. I decided I was going to look elsewhere. I called and told them I no longer wanted to complete any more treatments. I told them to cancel all future appointments. I was done!! Then, days later, I received a text alert reminder, about my next appointment. It said to click yes to confirm. Obviously, since I'd already canceled over the phone, I replied NO, immediately. (Notice how "no" wasn't even an option in the automated text.) 2 days after that, I received a reminder phone call, for my already canceled appointment, for THAT DAY. I told her I had already canceled over the phone with a representative and also replied NO to the automated text. She said "ok". The next day I received an email for a $75 late no show fee! WHAT?!?!? So, I immediately called the billing department to tell them what happened. I was put on hold so she could check it out, and then I was disconnected. I thought maybe it happened on accident, but got "disconnected" again. I called the next day, happened again. THIS CONTINUED TO HAPPEN THE NEXT 3 TIMES I CALLED. I finally had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get my refund. So, between the scheduling department repeatedly canceling and rescheduling my appointments, then getting charged for an appointment I had canceled, then being intentionally disconnected when I try and dispute the charge with them, I would not give this company any business!!! Go to a doctor or practice who is legitimate!! THIS COMPANY IS SHADY!!!"

"Worst ever! Went for sclerotherapy on spider veins at USA vein clinic which used to be called The Circulatory Center which did a great job. USA did ultra sound on my legs only with low tech out of date machine said i had issues and needed foam and other treatments cause I had other circulatory issues that needed done before I got sclerotherapy. My cardiologist tested my legs nothing at all wrong. Shady money making practice that affected my credit. Thinking of getting an attorney. My doctors even told me don’t go there!"
