"4/14/16 "Callie", at this office, doesn't seem to comprehend HIPAA laws, and perhaps needs more training. The law is the law. And without a release of information or authorization to release information, "ALL" people deserve their right to their privacy and confidentiality, NO MATTER WHAT."

"I've had nothing but trouble so I left 3-5 yrs ago. They are nasty,rude and dismissive. Dr. Lillenfield and the young thin (then) receptionist were the only things right about this clinic. To get a prescription took a week or two for them to call you back or to set up an appointment.The (then) scheduler was always prun faced and argumentative, the Head mange nurse was disregarding and dismissive and when challenged with a general sop question, very defensive. I felt it must be like a prison ward type of set up, you'd think they weren't getting paid with the employee conduct of the place.More recently they told a Dr.'s office that I'd never been a patient there. Again with the incompetence! After speaking to Chris F. she apologized for the mix up promised to work on it but...Really? What if it was a hospital needing info in a URGENT SITUATION? T E R R I B L E OF YOU ALL."

"I have been treated with nothing but respect. Having a place to go for all my needs is wonderful. They even make it simple with the print outs of your appointments and sending your scripts directly to the pharmacy so no worrying about 2 stops there."

"I was seeing Dr. Lillenfied for almost 2 years to manage my diabetes. In December he retired. I was not told of this until late January when I came in for my next appointment. I was told I had to be seen by a nurse pratitioner, not a Doctor. I waited for over 2 hours just to go back to a room. She was constantly running in and out of the room during my exam. Some of the staff even commented on how slow and incompetent she was. I was at the clinic for over 4 hours total, this includes waiting to go back to a room and her running in and out while i was trying to tell her about my drastically low and high sugar reading. I felt like i was treated by a moron and abruptly asked to see a medical doctor with the proper education and training to treat my condition. I was told there was not one on staff! It was as if because I was uninsured they could just throw anyone in that room with me and see what happened. I was like her guinea pig as she tried to adjust my insulin levels without proper training.... I would not send my cat to this clinic! I value his life and would not risk her playing God with any living creature! If Dr. Lillenfied was still employed here I would have rated it very good - excellent. That should say enough about their medical staff."
