"Was recently awarded VA benefits. Honestly was only interested with seeing bout help with prescriptions. Was kinda skeptical bout whole thing but I have nothing but good things to say about them for the ones who register/schedule you to receptionists, nursing staff, pharmacy, to Dr Leone who I was assigned to & hope stays for long time. Everyone is friendly on phone & greeted with smiles every time. Thank you all for what you do."

"Always behind on appointment times. I am usually waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment and missing time and pay at work because of this delay."

"mental health dropped me as a patient after being seen 4 times. my PCM completely invalidates me. I was on specific medication and it took them almost 3 weeks to send it to me (I went through withdrawals and everything) now i completely unmedicated because the VA cannot be trusted. you know its bad when an employee there tells you off the record, "find somewhere else because the. VA will kill you". Not to mention no one takes me seriously because I am a 23 year old female veteran."

"Great help for veterans. But my husband has epilepsy. He needs certain medications. You go from auto order, to needs to be ordered then he is constraining to make his medication last. Please for the tax payers sake. Pick a system and stick with it to avoid these life threatening issues."

"Funny have a 8am appointment get there at 7:30 wait in the parking lot head in at 7:45, check in and wait untill 9am to leave. Then call to cancel anymore appointments with the same doctor, only to be lied to bye saying that they called me. Which is complete BS. Had my phone on me the whole time just hanging out in the va center lobby. Glad to see our health and mental health is important to them."
