"Don't know this place personally but was trying to reach someone who lives there to tell them important info and the receptionist was great with all his help but we weren't able to connect to his room so he transferred me to the president of the ward. who did answer but decided to not respond back and just left the phone running on the table tried many times to get a response back but no response but i could hear him talking in the background very clearly and could hear him say that he may quit his job because he doesn't like to get phone calls or do any work so I hope this review reaches proper management and get him out of there. Its his job to help people as its a health care center."

"I love McKinley Health Care center, the staff, nurses, aides, and everyone there does an exceptional job, especially on the Alzheimer unit, if i had to place my loved one there, I would choose this facility.GREAT JOB, to all those that work hard, and that are underpaid."

"I could not disagree more with the negative reviews. Our loved one has been moved 8x in the past 6 months. He has been in places which look nicer on the outside, but no staff has been more caring than those at McKinley. They take time with those in their care and try to help them function at their best. It may not be as "pretty" as some other places, but I don' think that you will find a staff more passionate about their work, than those at McKinley."
