"I have had a horrendous experiences from this Subway. When ordering on the app. They said they never received order. Order was placed at correct location. Woman I was speaking with continued to be rude and lacked professional. Female provided no guidance on how to resolve situation besides “I don’t know what to tell you.” This is the worst Subway I have ever ordered from. I will not continue to tell people about my horrible experience and that they’d have better luck elsewhere. I have contacted corporate about these issues."
"We have struggled with your app for the last 30 minutes, finally gave, went to the store to be told you wouldn't honor the bogo offer because it's only on the app. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you offer a discount on a platform that DOESN'T WORK the least you could do is make it right in the store. Lost our service for good. Penn Station is better anyways."
"Awful service. DO NOT PUT IN ONLINE ORDER AND PICK UP FROM THIS LOCATION! They always forget something. Recently ordered fresh mozzarella and was charged for it but was told they don’t carry it and that someone ‘probably’ put the shredded mozzarella. I believe I was speaking to a manager and she did not seem to care about my experience. Do yourself a favor and go to the subway on east main. They ARE GREAT!"
"I stopped at the subway on Chester to get a chicken foot long. The lady was very skimpy on all the ingredients, when I asked for spinach she put four or five leaves on it. So I asked if I could have more spinach, she put two more leaves on it. I asked again if I could have a little more spinach on it, she put a little more on it and said she would have to charge me extra for the spinach. I looked at my receipt when I got home and she charged me $1.59 for a little spinach and .40 for a cup of water. I've never been charged for a little extra spinach or water before, I will take my business somewhere else."
"I came here to eat after I found I couldn't eat at Wendy's. I loved my food. I had the Steak,Egg, Cheese Flatbread Sandwich and Orange Juice. I added bacon to the sandwich. I haven't been there for some time and found they remodeled and it was brightly decorated."
