"I’ve had problems in the past. Not getting things that were ordered. Little things like a dipping sauce or a 2 liter once… Today I ordered 4 hours in advance for an office pitch in to pick up at 1145.. I get there at 1150 after sitting at the drive up window for a few minutes and no one shows up I call the store to say hey I’m at the window. Once they do show they tell me my order hasn’t been prepared nor even put into the oven yet. He tells me I can come inside or wait at the window and runs off I assume to try and hurry. 20 minutes later a different employee shows up with the order, apologizes but no offer of discount or something for next time. So food is late for the people at work had to wait on me, I burned up a considerable amount of my break time waiting.. why place a future order with ample amount of notice to still not even have started it by the pickup time. Garbage really. Won’t be coming back. At least attempt to make it right.. but nothing."
