Applebee's Grill + Bar

"Came in at 850pm and was told there would be a 15 minute wait. I looked around and there was empty tables everywhere. We waited and were seated and waited again for a waitress to come. We gave our drink and food order at the same time based on how long things were taking. A hour later the food arrived and half was OK the other half was burnt. I wish I could attach photos of the food we were served. This would be the last place I would ever take my family again."

"Was a great place great food. My friends steak was over cooked. But they cooked her a new one manager brought it out and was very apologetic. Cheese sticks could have been cooked a little longer. But all in al good place tasty food and great service. Will be going back."

"After waiting over a half hour, I requested to see our waiter that disappeared! Long story short she had failed to place our order! She apologized, then proceeded to confirm our order and went away to place it. The food that was delivered was not what I ordered. I ordered medium well steak, I got horse leather steak. The manager challenged what I ordered until I try to cut into it; and she checked with waitress. The second steak was perfect. Our waitress told us was her error was identified that she was going to talk to her manager to see if anything could be done. Well something was done! When I received the bill no adjustment was made; so I decided to let it go and just not return there. So I crossed through the tip and total my bill with the actual amount of the bill. You would think this was end. No the nightmare continued. When charge hit my credit card, I was charged an additional $4.00 for what I don’t know neither did I sign for it. Wow! Is this how Applebees handle bad customer service."

"Many things have changed since I started coming here… the food is still good, but service just isn’t the same. One thing that hasn’t changed is the bartender, Brittany. She’s amazing and you can literally see her floating to do everything. She is endlessly taking great care of her “guests” as she prefers to call all those who come. It’s very hard to take care of everyone at the bar table AND serve tables, yet she does it like she’s dancing. Applebees off Clinton is still the place to be after school events, family outings, or just to relax and watch the games. Although, I wish they had bigger tvs, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers."

"Came in for half price appetizers! Great deal! Food was delicious! I sat in the bar and Brittany was the bartender. Best service I've had in a long time! She was very friendly and talkative in the best way possible! I'll definitely come back to this location more often now. Thanks Brittany!"
