"Had a typical 5-10 min wait, I say is pretty great for a Sunday. We had a new waiter that stated he was pretty new here. Got our drinks & appetizers decently quick and ordered our entrees after he brought them out. The experience got very bad when he waited 45mins and nothing was brought to us after the order was placed. Our children were getting extremely antsy and he would comment “did they bring our entrees out yet” Once again no. And I am pretty sure you are the one who has to bring them out. We cancelled the rest of the order due to the poor experience at this location and had to find a different place to get our kids fed."

"I’m in this establishment once a week maybe every two weeks.. every visit it’s $150 or more. I have a large family, I went in tonight to pick up Togo order and was not greeted by anyone .. I stopped A young girl walking past and asked her was the food ready. She stated it would be a few more minutes and it would be out… It took about 10 minutes and I got the food I pulled it out to make sure that I had everything I ordered being a large order and realized the food was cold. I asked to speak to the manager, and when he came up, he told me that he was not gonna help remake the food that it’s not his problem then repeatedly tried to come and intimidate me with his arms crossed with a mean look on his face and told me I needed to be quiet while I was on the phone talking to my husband about not having food for our children in below zero weather, because they didn’t want to serve hot food .. he refused to either remake the food but said he would refund me my money. I told him sir it is below zero it is almost 10 o’clock at night on a Sunday. My children need to eat he responded with that’s your problem. The food has been sitting here , yet when I walked in, I was told it would still be a few more minutes before the food was ready. They don’t care about families ,they don’t care about your hard earned income being spent in their establishment please don’t eat here.."
