"Andre came to fix our refrigerator charged $500, told me it's working and will take a couple of hours to cool down. After 24 hours we lost all our food in refrigerator and freezer. I called and they said they didn't want to come out because if the relay he replaced didn't fix it, the problem was the Compressor! What a joke he lied about it working and won't follow up on their work. STAY AWAY!!! When I called I told the "rep" we are in a class a motorhome. I had to get a cart and help remove it. Then after "fixing it" you broke the water filter housing. Which you could replace for $150. And the $500 deductible had nothing to do with you!"
"Hi andre was responsive but showed up both times very very late he did apologize the first time. His trip charge of $125 was credited back if you agreed to use his services which I considered reasonable. However, he marked the parts up over 60% ,Which I think is a little steep for people that are On a fixed income. We will have to see if his service and parts hold up."
