"The people who work here are nice but this store has a bad black mold problem somewhere and it's contaminating a lot of the foods and drinks. Ive been dealing with mold illness for years so I know the symptoms. My stomach gets so messed up when I eat or drink many things from this store. What a shame because I was saving some money on groceries. Family Dollar- have someone come take care of the mold problem before it gets any worse!"

"I went in there today on May 28th to look at their arts and crafts section the store manager. Christie I asked if I needed help. I told what I was looking for. And she said very snottily that we don't have that here. I advised that they have in the past. And very rudely and disrespectfully said there has not been arts and crafts since she has worked there since October. I turned to her and said yes there has been. She rudely said excuse me and then I proceeded to tell her that the wood painting arts and crafts have been here multiple times since then. They have had Halloween, Christmas holidays ,and spring as well. So she doesn't need to speak to me that way and be rude. She then just rolled her eyes and walked away. For being an older lady you don't need to treating customers that way very unprofessional and disgusting if family dollar allows their managers to act this way to customers. I will be reporting this to corporate and BBB."

"Yesterday noon I had a very terrible experience due to a manager named Joyce, I ask her for help and instead she yelled out for another employee and started bad mouthing her employees to customers. That was VERY Unprofessional! The employee was more helpful than the actual manager. She Totally went out of her way to help me. I will be contacting the gm about my experience in the store! My opinion as a professional myself is you should Not be talking about your employees to customers. It wasn’t Very Nice of her especially since she has such a nice, polite and helpful team."
