"I've never been in a more miserable complexe than this one. The properties are essentially hovels and the smell emanating from the retention pond is nauseating to the extreme. I've never felt more personally violated by stepping foot on a property in my entire life. I'm honestly just trying to make sure no one has to go through what I have been through. Sorry if I come off as harsh. It's just unrelenting honesty. Please, stay away."
