"The apartment complex is a cute area, great for single people, roommates and college students. The parking is awful though and there’s not much signage to direct ppl to where they need to go."

"I lived here a long time ago in the 2000's while going to FAU. I still drove to class cause the walk was a bit long but I assume if you don't have a car walking really wouldn't be too bad or biking would be perfect hence the new name (used to be Catalina Apts). The place was like a Family we all hung out with each other in each others apts. It kind of had like a hotel vacation vibe because of how all the apt's face each other toward the court yard. For that reason it created a social atmosphere which is hard to find in South Florida where most keep to themselves compared to other universities I've experienced. I did have my car window smashed into 2 times and all my stuff stolen out of my car but this was a long time ago so it may have changed. Was fun as a 1st or 2nd year student but not sure I'd want to stay there all 4 years, it's pretty bare bones."

"These guys are a bunch of unprofessional baboons who have no idea how to manage an apartment complex. Most of the staff is old and extremely incompetent. The ones that are not so old are rude and overly cunning. Drug dealers everywhere. Lived here for 2 years and not once were any of my work orders responded to. Proximity to FAU is the only advantage which is quickly negated by the sketchy people that live here. I would not even recommend my worst enemies to live here."
