"Would rather protect tenants who directly harass and threaten other residents than rectify the situation by serving proper eviction procedure considering multiple lease agreements had been violated by said tenants. A man living on premises directly said to me multiple times and on video that he would hit me. I was never relocated or offered a lease breakage until multiple complaints were filed. Complaints included said tenants flipping me off on my security cameras even after they were asked to leave me alone. Still no action taken. They allow tenants to actively continue using/smoking drugs inside of unit even after police were called to premises and told tenants to not smoke inside with windows closed and an animal present. Claims security cameras on premises are not for tenants safety. Allows restricted dog breeds to be in unit and on premises, violating their own pet policy. Gave me a lease violation over a pet policy when a pet addendum for my pets had been signed by previous property manager. Disregards the safety and rights of tenants. Unwilling to offer solution besides lease breakage. Money hungry managers who are more than fine with their tenants to live in unsafe conditions as a result of another tenant. Not understanding, unable to communicate with a resolution in mind, very petty and a genuine complete lack of human empathy. Take your money elsewhere."
