"There is NO ONE ever at the office, NO oNNE ever answers the phone, hard to have comunication about anything with a ghost. Even when the Car for management it's on the property the office door is locked and when you knock NO ONE answer."

"Worst place i have ever lived at. One star because the apartment itself was in good shape and was spacious but this place was a nightmare to live in because of the neighbors not the neighborhood. I am no sure how I ended up living here but appliances and finish were appealing and I toured during the day when it was calm but Neighbors are always screaming and fighting and there seems to be more people living in the units than it should be allowed. Another apartment was just a bunch of handyman sharing and they would spend hours in the parking drinking and creeping of female living there. I didn’t even finished the lease and moved 3 months before because I couldn’t stand the creepy and trashy neighbors and was concerned about leaving my fiancé alone there. Get ready for quinceañeras and parties in the parking lot or back yard until past midnight occasionally."

"I have lived in this complex for 10 years and in that time period I have lived through 5 different managers, 2 owners, an unfinished unnecessary and just completely illogical "renovation", bed bugs from the building itself, roaches that aren't afraid of people, strangers that use the pool and parking as they please and just overall horrific "management", appliances that aren't properly installed and aren't effective in any form, and last but not least the scam god landlord and his lovely property manager (who WILL rob you for everything you have) that shows up late and is nearly impossible to get a hold of. Point being if your looking at this location thinking its perfect for you just sign a shady 1 month lease with a security deposit you can kiss goodbye and you'll have your happily ever after."

"Don't expect a followup call on any inquires here. Moved with in less than a month and I am starting to have issues with the unit. The washer is broken since I've move in for what has been a month now. Just being given the run around from management. Maintenance is aware that it's broken but management refuses to replace it. I still have wet towels in the washer that is creating mold. I'm a patient person but the lack of professionalism is disappointing given the amount rent cost here. Residents should not have to pull teeth to get working appliances!!! This is such an inconvience, I'm currently in the process of contacting an attorney friend to take legal action regarding this matter. Future residents, if you enjoy having inconsiderate neighbours who play loud music nights on end, or listen in on intimate acts/ conversations because the walls are thin & kids with no curfew playing soccer all evening. Or endless festive parties with smoking and drinking during the weekend. Then look no further! this is the place for you!!!!"

"Terrible place to live. Since I’ve been here we ALWAYS had maintenance issues. Washing machine always broke, maintenance team always claims they will come back to fix something never comes. You have to blow up the office just to leave a voicemail and never get a response. It’s terrible. There’s no reason why we pay so much many to live here to constantly live without a washer and dryer for weeks!!!! No fridge working for days!!! literally had to throw out food multiple times because of this issue. Maintenance doesn’t even warn you with a call or inform you they’re coming they’re just in your home without approval or a heads up.... UNPROFESSIONAL! All in all i do not recommend this place to ANYONE."
