"To start, this family run apartment complex is by far the best place you can live in, not just in Boca Raton but in South Florida. The entire staff that works here is kind, caring, loving and all around amazing. I am thankful I was able to live in such an amazing community with amazing people. I recommend that if you can afford it, you give this complex a try, you will not regret it!!! You will always have maintenance done quickly and very well. The family itself, and Cynthia the manager, are also always so quick and attentive to anything you need. I have absolutely zero complaints about them or their complex!!!"

"I am an international student who attended Florida Atlantic University and Cynthia Gardens is truly a place to make you feel like you’re home! The school is within walking or riding distance. The staff are amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Cindy (a god sent), Bruna ( the sweetest angel), Felix (the jovial painter), Sam from maintenance and Frank. They made my transition as smooth as possible and nothing was ever too much to ask for. The grounds are kept clean and the entire neighborhood is just welcoming. If I ever moved back to Boca I would not hesitate to rent there as it was the most affordable in this area. I will surely recommend Cynthia Gardens.Thank you guys for making my experience there a memorable one!"

"Cynthia Gardens is fantastic, easily one of the best apartments I've rented. The units are spacious and well maintained. Maintenance is quick, courteous, and very friendly. The staff at the office are also amazing to work with, will answer all of your questions and take care of you! The grounds are well kept and the neighbors are nice. It is a quiet neighborhood close to FAU with some nice walking trails nearby and a quick drive from a number of stores. I highly recommend this place!"

"I lived in Cynthia Gardens for 7 years and I loved it. It's a quiet, clean, and very well maintained complex. The customer service is excellent. They have an amazing full-time maintenance crew. Also, the strength of these buildings is incredible. They are made of concrete inside and out, and have hurricane impact windows. While living there I went through hurricane Irma, and bunch of smaller storms before that, and I got to tell you, it felt like a breeze. We moved only because my family outgrew the place, but I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and quiet one-bedroom in a well managed community."
