"All five stars are for Gabe, the maintenance man. He is absolutely wonderful. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and works really hard. His efforts have made living in Boca Villa very comfortable (which I did for 6 years, until very recently due to job re-location). Thank you so much, Gabe!!!"

"Gabriel, the maintenance man is great, but otherwise, the property isn't managed. They just collect the rent and the grass gets mowed twice a month, but policies aren't enforced and other landscaping isn't seen to. The complex is near good retail, and the neighborhood is safe but the rental company doesn't communicate at all except for the rent payment receipt. Rents all around SoFlo are high, but there are no amenities here other than a pool and a couple of grills, and laundry is in a shared room. There are much better values around here - complexes with business centers, playgrounds, and in unit washers and dryers, for less money. Check those before coming here."

"We have been pleased with this apartment complex and their staff. Gabe who does maintenance, helps with any issues right away. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The place is a little older - but I think that's common with many buildings/homes in Boca and this area in general. Overall we are pleased with this place."

"For the most part place is ok. Some of the tenets are questionable ..I have addicts on one side of me.. the other side the man came to my door asking me for money. I was nice and thought I was lending , but will never see that again. They are small places for the price that’s for sure. There are a lot of big dogs. I think for the most part people keep up with cleaning the dog Pooh. There is only one maintainece guy:/ he works pretty hard, but don’t expect him to be there in the spot . I wish they woulda left the tile that was in floor before this cheap laminate. It’s annoying to clean. It is very dark(should put more light color) you see every crumb. I vacuume daily:/ the laundry situation is terrible! There is 5/5 for the whole place! I also think they don’t wash your clothes well. People have animals etc so you see hairs. I believe they are starting to put w/d in the apartments, but they want to charge $100 more on top of the already high rent. We have been here for a long time, and they up the rent every year! We have never been late, but I guess that does not matter. I see silver fish bugs here and there..freaks me out. I spray myself. Another thing is they don’t let satellite dish so you are stuck with an expensive cable company. You have to live in first floor to put it in grass. I thought a law was passed that apartments had to allow it, but I guess not here. It’s quiet here. Someone did vandalize my new car that I work my tail off too own. I can’t blame the place for that, but just know there is always some punk around . People do park their cars down the line of the enterance. They are not supposed too! I think it’s one apartment doing all that . Too many people live there. The pool would be nice if there wasn’t iguana Pooh . They should leave a skimmer as I would happily skim the pool. It makes me not enjoy going there. Back yard view is nice and relaxing. Screened in back porch (nice size). Wish washer and dryer was outside in closet:/ I would settle for all the other things that annoy me. Office lady is very nice. She runs all the properties, so she is busy. Def need to catch her in the AM. For the most part place is nice. Rent is pretty high. They seem to want to keep pushing the working class west. I try my hardest to stay east. I seen a lady asked about section 8.. if you are letting people on sec8 move in..why is others rent so high! That just does not seem fair to those who are working their tails off to live east opposed to gov housing plan? Yes a mother deserves to be in safe place, but east Boca Raton?!"
