"The leasing person never picks up the phone. The mailbox is full so you can’t leave a voice message. They don’t return texts or emails either. Been there on a Saturday and a Sunday, the leasing office has a sign that says open but the door is locked and no one answered when I knocked on the door in both occasions, even though I could hear someone inside the leasing office. A very unprofessional attitude."
"I am in one of the top school districts by living in San Marino at Town Place. Bella the property manager has been so..so responsive in any request that we have the same day. She is looking out for our best interest and whether she is at our property or another...she is always available. I am thankful to give my kids the best education possible by living here at San Marino at Town Place with my daughter going to UF and my son top in his class at Spanish River. Bella makes a difference in our daily life here at San Marino!"
