"My wife and I visited Crystal Palm about a month ago to inquire about the availability of a 1 or 2 bedroom unit. We sold our condo and liked the location of the property. We were greeted by Quentin, your property manager. He informed us although a unit was not going to be avaliable when we needed it, he would like to tell us about the property, show us the sample and keep us informed if anything should happen become available. First, I have to say your property is immaculate. The actual unit is outstanding and the common area is beautifully maintained. More important, Quentin is the ultimate professional. He could have said nothing available....period. But he took the time to show and tell as if we were about to move in. He also followed up periodically to see if we still had an interest. Fortunately, we found a unit that fit our time frame. Long story short, I wish I would have had a hand full of Quentins when I was in business. He is a class act."
