"Had a great experience moving in. Lizbeth gave us a great experience during our showings and answered every question we had about the community. The process was very fast and easy through the portal and the move was very stress free. So far have been enjoying my stay in the neighborhood."
"After reading the terrible reviews I still decided to form my own opinion and apply anyway. After applying I received an email saying that I was approved but of course I had to provide my proof of income etc…. After doing so, I was told a week before my move in date that my application was denied because they couldn’t “verify” my income which was a complete lie because they never called my job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because they try to keep a certain kind of people out."

"I called for service for Omar Fernandez the maintenance guy, from San Marcos Dev team. He gives excellent customer service and a real helping hand. I give him an A+. He’s one of the best maintenance guys here that I’ve met. I’m saying at 1101."
"Terrible over priced condo!! Ancient outdated over priced . Dishwasher never worked. I put in a request for repairs couldn’t be fixed.I told them I needed a new one because the dishwashers from 1996 they never gave me a new one so therefore I never had a dishwasher the 3 yrs I was there…I was paying them 2800 a month!! rent goes up $500 every time you resign Lease!!! This place is truly a joke!"
