"I am really enjoying my experience at Aura Boca. I like the property and its location a lot. To me what separates Aura Boca from anywhere else is the staff; Jade, Ashley and Lindsay are the best- they are friendly, knowledgable and attentive. They always have a smile which brightens up my day."

"I have been living here for 2 months now and I love everything about it. Inside the apartment there are granite countertops everywhere. It has been cosmetically renovated. Lots of useful common areas, pool, jacuzzi, bbq. Really appreciate the free coffee and cocoa. You can sit in the lobby and enjoy. There are also two offices, I found it useful a couple times. The staff is very friendly. They are quick to respond to requests, I had a water heater knocking and it was replaced within two weeks. Small issues such as changing a light bulb or greasing a squeaky door were dealt with in one day. The manager Jade is always friendly and helpful in all matters, even registering guests in the parking lot and solving problems with the front door key. In two months of living here I have never regretted it."

Ashley, Jade and Lindsey respond quickly to emails and are really nice to sit and just talk to. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come here."

"I have lived here for about 5 months now and I can say, it is a lovely place to reside. I give it 4 stars because of the parking situation. There isn't any assigned parking so people just park anywhere, and we have only 2 handicap spots that we cannot use, or we will get a ticket from park spot or whatever their company name is lol because of the resident sticker. Ashley tried giving us some great things like e-scooters, movie nights, treats and fun, family friendly events; we even get food trucks. When I first moved in, I applied blindly, and I am shocked at how great I did. I will say that any issue I've had, it is handled expeditiously. I can also say that I saw a comment about the fire alarm, and I witnessed the maintenance manager there for about 3 hours trying to fix it with the fire department; that was seriously out of their control. I live on the first floor so I basically see it all lol. Oh and the other issue WAS the package room because no one was picking up their packages, but that issue was resolved as well. I think as long as you voice a concern, it will be handled. Jade is very responsive and hands on. Diego is hilarious and the staff knows every tenant on a first name basis. I would like to thank Ashley for having a wonderful staff and for all that she does for our community. Thank you so much. :-)"

"Luxury apartments in Boca Raton. Lots of facilities as a Gym, coffee machine, chill out and pool. Great place to live!"
