"This property is HORRIBLE. This property does not have enough maintenance people there. Which is unacceptable. The corporate for that property they are no help. My child's door was about to fall off and they telling me that I had to wait in line cause there was already a long list of people waiting for maintenence to come fix whatever in their apartments. I would never recommend anyone to this place. Corporate is no help and property management is no help. Irma is the property assistant manager she is no help and she don't know what she is doing most of the time. If you look at reviews you will see her name and trust me the reviews are true. I know the people that moved in my apartment and they are going to leave after being there for less than a year"
"If you love living with mold, roaches, plumbing issues, AC issues and car burglars, this is your oasis. Weekend shootouts are free and the rats will come and visit you on your screened in porch to welcome you."
"I’ve been living here for several months now and when it comes to repairs I feel like all I do is get a run around and excuses, such as we’re short staffed, have to order it seems like the orders never come.from day one the walls have not been painted. No microwave, the plumbing is backed up constantly, no weatherstrip on the front door so bugs are constantly coming in. missing smoke alarms Stairways look like they have not been cleared in years. adding insult to injury. I was informed that my AC does not have a heating System and this is in the middle of dealing with freezing weather in the 30s in the 40s. Is it really so hard for me to receive the services that I’m paying for."
"Have been here for 3 years, now. I can honestly say I have NO problems. Ms. Irma is the best and Ms. Carmen. Also, I can't forget about maintenance. Always a speedy response with putting a maintenance request. Thanks you Huntington Reserve staff."
