"Just looked at an appartment for my cousin's first home. Was disgusted. The floors are soft(like the wood was rotten). Vinyl flooring was just thrown down very fast not even glued and peeling up (apparently it was professionally done), ac looked very old and not maintenancd. Oh and black mold in the bathroom with a whole i could fit my head in under the sink. There is a basement on the side open for all types of critters to get in. Talked to the surrounding neighbors. They are having multiple issues and the management refuses to fix it. They want about $1200 a month. Was also informed they have a Non refundable, refundable deposit?"

"If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. There were roaches everywhere, we called to address the problem our 8 lbs dog couldn’t be there because the maintenance guy wouldn’t go into the apartment. Not to mention the floors caving after 7 months of being there , and the terrible tub leak that they came and couldn’t fix for 3 days then eventually it was fixed but no hot water. Then the roof fell in, I tried to reach their emergency number off their voicemail , it would ring and ring then I tried a couple hours later and went straight to voicemail. The assistant had the nerve to call me and ask if I had the right number like yes Sherlock we got it off your voicemail. So we went 2 days not being able to even get in our apartment, not to mention the black mold everywhere. When we mentioned that they said it was from the exhaust. It gets better they watch you when you move out too like hawk, the assistant tried to hide in a vacant apartment to watch us move. So another day passes and I’m expecting the Alicia girl to reach out, never called never tried to fix anything for us, called the office over 30 times no one answers us. It’s funny because the maintenance and Alicia couldn’t be anymore closer, they ride around the dinky golf cart together office closes at 5:30 pm , they’re out there all over each other till about 6:15. So I just find this place very unprofessional and definitely unlivable. We were starting to think they were discriminating because we are lgbt. I hope no one has to go through what we did here. STAY AWAY. You’re better off paying a little more for the headache here."

"This was my very first apartment! I had a lovely little one bedroom in the best location in the complex, unit 77! My apartment was upgraded and I got it for a great price! They honored the price listed on Craigslist, where I found the apartment. My neighbors were awesome. Alicia (Property Manager) was always very responsive and maintenance will be there whenever you call. People warned that apartments will charge an arm and a leg when you move out, but I was only charged what was due for damages in the apartment, which I greatly appreciate - but I did my due diligence and cleaned it top to bottom before moving. Sanford Court has a new staff member who is very nice and pleasant to work with. I have no complaints... I will miss my little apartment. Also, I felt pretty safe even being in the back of the complex... it's probably because every neighbor on the backside is a pleasure to live next to. The only thing I worried about was non-residents lurking around, but I never saw any. One down side, is that the floors are really loud when you walk and the motel style A/C unit was not my favorite at all, but it was manageable for my boyfriend, his toddler, and myself."
