"This is the only apartment complex that does not allow you in summer to use the pool because the gate is always closed. But the rent went up 200.00 more in July. Unbelievable. Update 2/18/24 - The pool is still not available for use. After the Covid, if the pool is open, it's a miracle."
"This place is trashed. Definitely not taken care of by management. There are steps in building that have been broken with pipes or whatever sticking out of them very hazardous for children. When I called to speak with the manager the girl who answered told me there was no manager available. Then put me on speaker phone for the manager to hear what I had to say and the which i find hard to believe no one paying manager didn't get on the phone with me very passively said thanks for the information they were unaware of the problem."
"It is best to get directions to any building from the office or better yet, a resident. GPS sends people in the wrong direction every time. Otherwise, this place is usually quite, but there has been moments. The best part is the convenience to everything."
"I’ve lived here for about 5 months and I’m happy! I think the apartment is spacious and perfect for a first apartment . Of course nothing is perfect and the price Is great ! I’m not sure what more you expect but I have no issues the only complaint I could even mention is it’s kinda tough getting a hold of the front office but for the most part I love my apartment ! I think maintenance keeps up with trash in the parking lot and everyone is pretty friendly !"
"my experience is very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. you 1 and 2 star people need to stop and think about where you're reviewing... it's anywhere from $200-$300 month cheaper than any other comparable place so if you're expecting 5star service go pay 5 star prices for your apartment. and you get more with honey then vinegar so could be staff responding to a negative attitude?"
