"I'm not sure where to begin the apartments are well kept, very clean. The main thing are the ladies in the front, they are so Great they are so caring and do their best to help you get into your apartment. Any questions or concerns they always have an answer, first time getting an apartment? do not be afraid they educate you explain things in such a calm manner. Honestly Best place I've been so far. Amy & Melissa thank you very much for everything you do. "

"We have had our ups and downs, the current management seems to care about our residential experience and I appreciate that. It is where they work but it is where we LIVE with our families and friends. I am optomistic and I remain thankful to Roshan (the former property manager) for whipping this place into the shape that it is in now. I hope they keep the office diverse and friendly to all. The NEW office staff are nice. Samantha is always helpful. Maintenance is good. William is delightful. I look forward to a positive future."
"Some days are better then others. Hopefully the complex can get management and request under control. The gate only worked for about a week, but we pay for it. Rent continues to go up , but yet nothing has changed in the apartments.( no new carpet, no new cabinets NOTHING! All of a sudden roaches are coming out of no where. I don't understand. I personally want better and I can tell my time is getting short here."
