"If you think to move here DON’T DO THAT!!! They are not showing you the unit before you pay $600 no refund of course And once you move you understand why!! By day one I moved here I have ants all over the house the bathrooms with mold and the sinks rusted you can’t use toilet because it’s broken the dryer doesn’t working and even microwave you don’t have !!! I sent them several times massages no one care!!! Everything is terribly old, the gates at the entrance are broken from the moment I moved here, it's just not worth the money .such fraud !"

"Beware of high pressure sales tactics to sign new lessees. Management may try and force you into paying “non refundable” application fees before allowing you to view the unit. Please ensure you walk through the unit before paying them. Units are quite aged and poorly renovated. Appliances are over 10 years old. They charge above market rates. Do due diligence. — UPDATE: DO NOT ENTERTAIN THESE SCUMBAGS WITH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This has to one of the most deceptive organizations to exist in South Florida. They have zero integrity and the units are maintained like junk. If you would like to back out of a contact beware of the inability to claw back all the fees. They will pursue a third party collector to ruin your day. Please I implore you to seek alternate living arrangements and never give your business to this lousy deceptive and frankly terrible corporation."

My family and I moved to Gables Palma Vista yesterday and what I can say so far are positive things, especially about the Staff who work in the leasing office, Cinthya, and Jasmine, who were always very helpful, accurate, and transparent. Congrats to this team! Speaking of the apartment we rented, it is very spacious, comfortable, and very well prepared to receive us. We hope that the initial positive experience lasts for as long as we live there. May God bless everyone here!"

"Just want to warm people of the dangers of living here. We are currently renting an apartment for a year with them. Today a clay tile came off our roof and went thru the sunroof of one of our cars. We were told it is not their vault and we need to go through our car insurance. They are not claiming responsibility for it even though most of the roof is cracked and broken. There are many other places to live that are nicer and have less drama with neighbors and management."
